Summary: By downloading or playing Reverse Math Puzzle you agree to these terms. The game is for personal, non-commercial use. In-app purchases are final. We may update the app and these terms over time.
By downloading, installing, or using Reverse Math Puzzle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform.
The App is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under 13 years of age, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. In-app purchases require the account holder to be at least 18 years old, or to have parental approval.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store's terms of service.

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including coin packs and an ad-free upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
Coins earned or purchased in the App are virtual items that exist solely within the App. They have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged. Virtual items may be modified, recalibrated, or removed as part of app updates.
The App, including all content, graphics, code, sounds, user interface design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership interest in the App by using it.
"Reverse Math Puzzle" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
The free version of the App may display advertisements. Ads are optional in most cases (e.g., you can choose to watch an ad to earn bonus coins). Purchasing the ad-free upgrade removes all advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects in the App will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases made.
The App integrates third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for details). These services have their own terms of service which govern their use. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If you downloaded the App from Apple App Store, you also agree that: (a) these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App; (c) Apple is not responsible for any product warranties; (d) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google's terms of service also apply to your use of the App.
