Delete your data — Reverse Math Puzzle

Summary: Reverse Math Puzzle has no account, email or password. The only data we keep about you on our servers belongs to your game profile (a random player ID, your nickname and avatar, your Daily and battle results). You can delete it yourself in the app in a few taps.

Delete it in the app (Android and iPhone)

Open Reverse Math Puzzle and tap the Me tab.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete my profile and confirm.

Delete it on the web player

Open play.reversemathpuzzle.com.
Open your profile (your nickname at the top) and choose Delete my profile.

No longer have the app?

Email support@reversemathpuzzle.com from any address with the subject "Delete my data" and your nickname (and the game code of a battle you joined, if you remember one). We will delete the profile and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your player ID and the secret that links your device to it
Your nickname and avatar
Your push notification tokens
Your Daily results and your entries on every leaderboard and battle board
Your list of battles

What stays, and for how long

Battles you created stay available to the friends in them (for at most 97 days after they were created), with you shown as "Deleted player".
Coins, streak and progress are stored on your own device only. They are not on our servers, so deleting the app removes them from the device.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports (not linked to your nickname) and advertising data held by Google AdMob follow the retention of those services. See the privacy policy. Purchases are kept by Apple or Google, and by RevenueCat for purchase restoration, as the law requires.
Results of anyone who does not delete their profile are removed automatically 90 days after the puzzle date.
